Sports Training question by : Do you have to play sports in highschool to be in weight training?
I’m don’t play sports nor will i probably ever,I’m in 7th grade and we just started to have weights class this year,Only people playing sports get to be in weights. so I was wondering if in highschool you have to play sports to be in weight training or if you can just sign up to be in it.?
Also I go to a private school system,if that changes anything.

My high school opened the weight room to everyone. Depends then on your school.

This book is a must have for anyone who doesn’t have a BS in an exercise field. The NASM PES certification is the next best thing to a CSCS. Especially if you’re interested in training athletes. Shipped on time with no problems as well just as promised.

|not in my highschool. the majority of one weight training class arent in sports, and the other, which is the same block, is completely football players and maybe a few other sports.
It depends on your school policy. You can ask at the office. The weight room in our town is open to the public.
