Maryland focused on his ground playing performance at Brookwood, his football vocation is very much set now as Maryland has great influence on his football career.</p>

<p>As you most probably already know the fat to fit program is a relatively new e-book written by a ex canadian army veteran and fitness instructor. The main aim of this book as made clear in the title is, in a nutshell to get you loosing weight and increasing your fitness levels.</p>
<p>There is one trap that people will fall into when buying this program and ones like it, so I will point to one thing below that will slow down peoples progress more than anything else with the Fat to fit program. That trap is, to buy numerous other things. </p>
<p>The Fat to program is by any standards is no miracle or magic pill, all it is is a book with a common sense approach to weight loss and fitness and this is all you will really ever need to lose weight.</p>
<p>The most fundamental part of loosing weight and all you ever need to concentrate on if this is your goal, is the amount of energy you are consuming compared to the amount of energy your body is burning. This is the most fundamental aspect of weight loss and if anyone tells you need magic pills, or some magic beans that turn into a giant bean stalk their lying, their probably just trying to sell you something.</p>
<p>Any exercise program you follow should just be focussed on you burning more energy than you are taking on board. The fat to fit program does this effectively by addressing the issues of nutrition, diets and workout plans with easy to follow routines and recipes. </p>
<p>So in conclusion if you have already purchased the Fat to fit program do not be tempted to buy any other program until you are actually following the program, as it is all to often tempting to purchase the next diet fad or magic fat pill with a good sales letter, when all you really need is a common sense approach and the discipline to stick to it until you are seeing results and this is what fat to fit gives you.

<p><strong>Is the Brain Fitness Program Dull?</strong></p>

<p>What do the words &#8220;brain fitness program&#8221; bring to mind? I know when I think of fitness programs, I think of the aerobics classes I see at my YMCA, which looks like a fun dancing type of movement, led by an instructor with a microphone, and disco or dance music playing.</p>
<p>But brain fitness brings to mind term papers and reports and drudgery.</p>

<p>Now I am 60 years old, and graduate school is behind me by 12 years, and I am not so sure where they went, except I am married, and I have a 10 year old son, and a 4 year old daughter who expects a ration of tickling each day.</p>
<p>As a Boomer, moving rapidly towards a Senior classification, and one who has always enjoyed working out, and as a counselor looking for the best tools for my clients, I am now exploring a different version of brain fitness programs.</p>
<p>Technological developments like fMRI (functional magnetic resonance imaging) have allowed scientists to explore inside the human brain in new and fascinating ways, and the results are providing some interesting ideas for enhancing our Boomer and Senior Brains, let alone the brains of our children, or our clients.</p>
<p>About ten years ago, there were discoveries made about the human brain that overturned all neuroscientific dogma in regards to the growth of new neurons. We do grow them and that growth can be encouraged. That is called neurogenesis.</p>
<p>(The following are good resources. Look up Norman Doidge,M.D., Helen Fisher,Ph.D., Simon Evans Ph.D, or Paul Burghardt,Ph.D.)</p>
<p>Evans and Burghardt in their book called Brainfit for Life talk about how to keep your mental aerobics rhythmic, metaphorically speaking, by managing stress, sleep, nutrition, and providing novel challenge for your brain.</p>
<p>Norman Doidge and Sharon Begley talk about the potential of the brain to overcome issues like stroke, and how regular practice changes brain maps, which the brain is OK doing anytime, in fact the brain is a data craving organ, and loves a stream of new experiences. It thrives on that, so if you are a musician, take up a foreign language, if you are a counselor, take up an instrument to change your brain maps.</p>
<p>By the way, changing brain maps is called neuroplasticity.</p>
<p>Brain fitness programs of the Computer Kind</p>
<p>There are new brain fitness programs out there that you can download to your computer which have research to back them up in regards to their effectiveness.</p>
<p>In fact, I believe that a combination of physical and mental aerobics is synergistic for the brain at any age.</p>
<p>The Mayo Clinic and University of Southern California have just released new research about the Posit Science program, which indicates (they say &#8216;shows definitively&#8217;) that &#8220;computerized brain exercises can improve memory and attention in older adults.&#8221;</p>
<p>I do not think that maintaining an effective brain is a dull pursuit, especially when I can do it at my computer, on my schedule. Need a day off, because you know where your glasses are? Take it.</p>
<p>Brain fitness programs may even become part of the treatment regimen for ADD and autism, and many are looking to them to ward off alzheimers, or perhaps even reclaim lost brain function.</p>
<p>The brain fitness workout can vary given the program used. One requires 40 hours of time, one hour per day, for 40 days.</p>
<p>Another can be used daily in brief bursts, another requires 20-25 minutes per day for 19 days, and then maintenance practices subsequent to that.</p>
<p>Of course, reading a good book or practicing your instrument will require different time commitments with different purposes. (If I am learning some piano tunes to play for myself, I can learn at my own pace.)</p>
<p>Brain fitness programs do not have to be a drudgery. I can make them a fun part of my daily routine and reap the benefits of neuroplasticity and neurogenesis for a good long time, maybe until I can hold a grandbaby or two.

I&#8217;m 15 years old. And I&#8217;ve been looking for a gym to workout on. I&#8217;ve heard the good reviews about Planet Fitness and the payments are good too. I&#8217;m not sure if they accept teenagers into their fitness program. So I&#8217;m hoping someone who&#8217;s joined or know things about Planet Fitness know if they accept teens. And if they don&#8217;t, any recommendations to other other gyms that do accept teens?</p>

The good news is that giving your child this kind of advantage IS possible &#8211; and it&#8217;s actually much easier than you think. So sit back, relax and read every word on this page because I&#8217;m about to reveal this well-kept secret.There is ONE common trait among all great soccer players. A secret if you will&#8230; And it is this: In addition to their regular soccer training, every soccer player who stands out from the crowd also follows a fitness program.</p>

And just exactly what road you should take to get your body back in shape like everyone would like to see nowadays. </p>
<p>Once you get your doctor&#8217;s opinion then the next step is to figure out just how you are going to go about it. Should you invest in you own equipment or would it be better to join a fitness club? There might be times that it is better for you to join a fitness club so that there would be someone there that can help you stay on the right track of becoming a fit and happy person.</p>
<p>It is not a bad idea to have some kind of fitness program set up for all of us nowadays. We may all have let our self go at one point in our life and now is the time to get our old bodies back in shape. It might just be time that we all get a good fitness program and start living a healthy life. Don&#8217;t take too long to talk to your doctor or to the local gym and see what would be the best route for a fitness program for yourself.
